Day 3 - (26 Jul 14)
At the beach
Look at the beach, is reddish in colour. But the next few pictures below will tell you why.
The whole stretch of the beach is full of tiny sea shells. When you step on it, it like stepping on the mud
Take a closer look. It is not advisable to walk along the beach. You will not be able to stable your legs when the waves comes in.
This one filming for Bollywood?
Asked a touriest to take the pictures for us. He tried to take different distance and angles, so here we got 3 shots
Since cannot walk along the beach, so just sit here and watching the waves splashing in
Dinner at this Chinese Dim Sum eatery house before going to the Walking Street
Poster on the wall
Before dinner starts
Beside dim sum, they also sell other dishes. Each of us ordered a bowl of Bak Ku Teh and it turns out very delicious. The pork ribs was very tender.
Didn't took all the pictures of the dim sum as we will too hungry and forgot to take some of the food. Dim sum was good and cheap too!
Look at the tables. Imagine eaten by 4 ladies!!! Some of the plates was taken away. If not...
A stage inside Krabi Walking Street
There was a slight rain but the side and road stalls have started to set up for business
Rain or shine, they are here to perform
The whole street sells mostly their delicacies. From kueh to desserts
We started with this stall and was so facinated by the titbits that this stall sells. 4 for us ransacked the whold tray of titbits (right bottom) with nothing left. We want some more, but no stock available.
Different kuehs and pastries
Ice-cream in the coconut
Ice-cream
Very fresh oysters. Once you placed the order the stall owners will prepare it for you. We dare not try because it will be served FRESH with some tipping sauce.
Different types of meat skewers
Sushi as well. But I think they should at least cover the food
Small pineapples
Bento
Like our local Wan Guo Kueh
Gues what? Candies
All sorts of cakes. Again should be covered. Tempting to try, but dare not.
This was good
