The Baba & Nyonya Heritage Museum illustrates the way of living of the Peranakans at the end of the 19th century, a unique blend of the east and the west. Stadthuys





There many of these beautiful floral decoratic trishaws at the Stadthuys  Just pay for a few ringgits and they will ride you around the red square. In the night, the trishaw will be colouful lighted up with neon lights.












There are many stalls along the Dutch Squqre, selling local and ethnic traditional food, unique arts and crafts, souvenirs, ornamental jewelery, and wooden clogs.

A Famosa (Malay: Kota A Famosa; "The Famous" in Portuguese) is a Portuguese fortress located in Malacca, Malaysia. It is among the oldest surviving European architectural remains in Asia. The Porta de Santiago, a small gate house, is the only remaining part of the fortress still standing.

Hang Li Poh’s Well (or King’s Well)
The ancient well is the oldest well in the Malay Peninsula. The well was poisioned in 1551 and 1629




This well is still supplying water to the temple. You can also taste the well water in the temple. According to anecdote,  people that drinks the water from this well will return to Melaka one day



The water from the well can rise above the brim of a cup and the it will not spill. This is because it has a higher water tension and higher mineral contents, increasing the size of the water molecules


 If the cup is covered with a piece of cloth and overturned, the water will not spilt from the cup

After the finishing purchasing the local products, the group proceed to have a sumptuous nonya lunch at the local restaurnat.


First,  each of one will get one pineapple rice (Nasi Nenas)

After,  you can have the free flow of fragrant steamed pandan rice (Nasi Padang)

After lunch,we procced to our next destination, Tanjung Sepat.  This is the resort that we are staying for the night





The staff is explaining how the mushroom are grown and also promotion their products.
