Day 3 - (3 Nov 16)
Stopped halfway at the evening market. The driver said that the market opens in the morning and evening serving different group of customers.
Very fine and soft cheese cake
Tried the fruit juice. Good and cheap.
Tempted to try this popiah, but the queue was too long. The popiah was big with generous fillings.
Everywhere you can see strawberries. Guess must be in season now.

Bought a small bottle of this thick lemon juice, which last me for a few days.
Miyahara Eye Hospital - 宮原眼科冰淇淋.
Miyahara Eye Hospital, initially was an eye clinic built by a Japanese optometrist - Miyahara (Gong Yuan). Now being one of the popular tourist attraction of its many flavours of ice-cream and you can top up with pineapple cake, cheese cake, biscuits, etc
Look at their uniform.
Lots of different toppings. From cheese cakes to biscuits. This is our toppings, pineapple cake, biscuits and bananas.

Next destinations, Summit Castle Resort 新社古堡庄园. Although it is called a resort, but there are rooms to stay.
The buildings are like European style. Good for wedding photos. Every angle of the place can produce good pics (again remind, i am using iPhone 6s Plus to shoot and am really please with the results). I think it is worth visiting where you used to see modern high rise buildings everywhere in the cities.
Lunch at this restaurant in the resort. Total less than $50 for 3 pax.
We miscomm with our driver when he told us that he will be bringing us to this mushroom farm for lunch.
We tried both the musroom snacks below, and it was damm good...
Especially this...all make of mushrooms fresh from their farm
On the way back, he stopped for us to try this famous yam/swee potatoes balls with shaving ice or hot desserts.

Our last visit of the day, Carton King.
He found something that amused him...so he starts enjoying it.
